availability of tickets, including the date that tickets become
available, number of tickets available, sold out status, and more.

ability to print tickets on demand or allow the customer to print their
own at home. We provide scanners at the gates, a wireless network and
on-site support during your event to set up and troubleshoot.

Question: Tell me more about this online ticketing. How does it benefit my fair? Online ticketing helps you to empower your fair
visitors. They can order online at their convenience and ensure that they have tickets for a popular event before they make the trip out to the fairgrounds.
Online ticketing also allow you to generate revenue before the fair. Online ticketing will help your fair cut down on expenses, entrance crowds, lines,
ticket printing costs, and the manual labor of collecting entrance fees. Ideally, the only interaction you'll have with a patron is scanning their ticket (that they printed at home)
at the gate of your grandstand. The only cost to you is manning the gates with our scanners.
Question: If a user can print their ticket, what's keeping them from printing 100 tickets for everyone they know? Each
ticket is individually barcoded and tracked in a database. Once someone enters the fair or grandstand and that ticket is scanned, it's marked in the database as an entrant. If someone
tries to enter with a ticket and it has the same barcode, the system will alert them that the ticket has already been scanned and that they may not gain access.
Question: How is the money distributed? We'll set you up with your own merchant account so you'll have complete control of your money.
Question: Are there any additional fees? There may be fees for ticket stock, additional printers, scanners, etc. There may also be additional fees
for on-site support staff if you require their services beyond the agreed upon time. All these services are negotiable.
Question: Can you provide on-site services like ticket printing and bar code scanners at the gates? Absolutely. Our ticketing
system is a complete end to end solution that provides not only your fair the ability to accept secure payments online for events but we allow users to
print their own tickets and bring them to the gate to be scanned, we provide on-site Boca printers for on-site purchases and barcode scanners at the gates.
We'll even provide an actual support person on-site during your fair week if desired.
Question: What happens if we don't want to offer the option to print tickets and scan them at the gate? Not a problem. Your fair can
decide what process is best for you to distribute your tickets. Mailing tickets has been the preferred method of distribution if you don't provide
the ticket printing option. We provide scanners, a boca printer and the network set-up as part of the service so our hope is that fairs will utilize
the full benefit of our services.
Question: What if a ticket purchaser doesn't have a printer? Your online store will provide the customer with options whether
they would like to print the ticket or have it mailed.
Question: How do we connect the barcode scanners at the gate to the main database? All of our equipment is wireless and our support staff will be
on-site to help you with anything your need.
